I did it!

Just had to note that I stepped on the scale after my workout today and 135.8! I made my goal!!!!!

Thanks! And I confess after wandering around shopping this afternoon, I'm tempted to skip the treadmill - but having seen that number on the scale, I'm going to work out later.

Must...not...lose...momentum...now...!
