I got a jpg of the cover of my next book, HIGHLAND ROGUE, LONDON MISS and oh, baby, I like it! I'll be posting it here, but not until I've given my newsletter subscribers a sneak peak.
Now back to work. I've been up since 4:30 a.m., read the newspapers, had my breakfast, revised a scene and gone to the bank. Pretty good considering it isn't even 9 a.m.

Hi. I would say that I can't wait to see the cover, but obviously I will have to, so why bother?
My accomplishements so far this week are taking an almost 5 mile walk with the dogs yesterday, and finally getting fencing around the bottom of the deck so that Ilka can't escape the yard.
Today's walk was cut short, only 3 miles. It's just too hot and humid already. At 9:00, the temperature is 79F, the humidity is 77%, and the heat index is already 82F. The projected high temperature is 87F. The heat index will be in the 90's, I'm sure.
I'm cleaning out some stuff that we had stored in a friend's garage. She's going to sell her house, so it has to go. My husband's idea of cleaning the house is "put everything in a box and go through it in a few years".
As a result, I've got tons of baby clothes that I'm donating to the church resale shop. And lots of boxes of books, magazines, and plain old junk to sort through.
Acutally, his cleaning philosophy caused me to have to pay for a library book. About a year after I paid for the "lost" book, I found it in a box of stuff that he had packed up.
